The humble roots of this journey were laid in the year 1999 in the form of 'Havoc Hotels & Holidays', with a capital investment of INR 8,700 and a dream. Wading through a sea of uncertainties, we eventually succeeded in convincing 32 valued customers to believe in us and our product. In the year 2002, 'Havoc H&H' transitioned to 'miraliee Country Club & Resorts' and then on 25th November 2004, it became 'M/s miraliee Innovative Concepts Pvt. Ltd'. 'miraliee ICPL' has completed many glorious years of customer satisfaction and business expansion.

Joined as Consulting Leisure Partner to strategize the Leisure & Holiday concepts to present as an emerging product for the masses. During this period, the path-breaking invention brought approximately business worth ₹12.5 crore.

1999: M/s. Havoc Hotels & Holidays

The Start-UP company of 1999 started with a mere ₹800. We started our journey in 2000 and sold 32 founding Memberships and brought ₹2.9lakh in cash, since we did not have a company current account, and the journey begins.

ARTHRWRITE
2002: M/s. Mirali Country Club & Resorts

With the savings from Havoc H&H, we started with Mirali CC&R. We explored all the domestic travel products to facilitate and supercharge our Leisure Membership Products for our esteemed and founding Members. By 2004, the company was able to sell 160 Memberships. The cumulative revenue generated was worth ₹16 lakh. The customer satisfaction index achieved was 99.6% without any negative remarks.

2004: M/s. Miraliee Innovative Concepts Pvt. Ltd.

By the end of 2004 we have formed the listed company to foraying into the world leisures and travels with the flagship Holiday and Lifestyle Memebrship and curated customised world travels. From there on till 2016 the company was in league of exploring many leisure verticals with as many ups and downs. In the year 2008-09, the company bought its first land parcel of 136000sqft in Lonavala, Maharashtra to take its tiny steps towards the long cherished dream of having its own Resort. During this period the main moto achieved was creating sustainable assets along with minimising the liability risk and we did succeed in that very efficiently.

2018: M/s. Weklub World Leisures Pvt. Ltd.

Though the Brand ‘WEKLUB’ incepted in 2012, we made it a registered company and brand in the year 2018. By that time the company was having 3600 active members and 1260 closed and renewed members. The company has acculated all the memberships thru 100% referrals with hardly 5% spending in marketing and promotion. In the year 2015 the company made one more investment in purchasing the 2nd land near Igatpuri which is 6lakh sqft for the upcoming hotel project. WEKLUB is the only luxury lifestyle travel brand to provide 125+ luxury hotels brands with 3lakh+ worldwide hotels to its Members. Since 2022 after the pandemic WEKLUB is in resting period and in process of bringing its own hotels and resort chains starting from India. The company is in preliminary stage of discussion with some prominent luxury hotel brands for colaboration. During this period the company was managing some prominent hotels such as Kumar Resort, Lonavala, Paradise Resort, Goa, Angels inn, Goa, Manali Inn, Manali, The Choice Hotels group, The Clarks hotel group and some other properties.

2021: m/s. Arthrwrite Finccon

The Company is in process to complete our long-awaited Hotel & Resort project in Lonavala & New-Igatpuri (Kasara Ghat) and planning to expand our business by looking at the business environment and emerging industries. By looking at the Indian market, and subsequent international expansion the company is also foraying to some diversified sectors. For the very same, we seek an investment of ₹550Cr. this year and another ₹6000Cr. in next two years. There are 8.5 million square feet projected development which includes Luxury Residents, Hotels, Resorts, Luxury Villas, Corporate Parks, Malls & Commercials, Theme Parks, Wellness Institutes, spread over multiple locations in and around Mumbai.
